More Than 5 Billion Songs Have Been Shared on Facebook Since September 2011
Facebook has started sharing of activities with your friends and contacts on the social networking site to make the experience even more sociable online. Some of the users are not happy with the changes, but most of them are happy that Facebook keeps on getting better and at least adapts to more varied features. The sharing of songs has been especially likeable. So far over 5 billion songs have been shared on Facebook since the option was launched in September last year at the f8 conference.
The basic idea is of frictionless sharing where different apps interfacing with Facebook will make the platform more socialized. In frictionless sharing, for those who live mostly virtually, they can have a live experience as the updates of friends come within an instant. Facebook has promised many more such wonderful feature changes with or without user’s satisfaction. Facebook is attempting to be a wholesome experience where online surfers do not have to switch from one website to another. This is why it is trying to bring the entire online social networking experience under its platform.
Users no longer have to use other songs or movies related social networking websites, which are dedicated for these purposes, but they can do all this and much more only on Facebook. One has to be a big fan of Facebook in order to accept this change of facilities. For those who still prefer switching over to other sites for what they like to spend their time on when online, they can still do so. But the idea of trying to make it a wholesome experience has to be appreciated.
