Iron man 3 is on the doorstep, Thor 2 has been approved and captain America 2 has been confirmed. But what more could marvel bring about to their eagerly awaiting fans.
Avengers made itself look like the new boss in the town, making a staggering $207.4 million in 3 days was quite a job. With sequels of prior movies and a destined sequel of avengers, the future looks good for marvels but still let’s look what more characters they are planning to bring to life.
Director Edgar Wright whose famous for hot fuss and scott pilgrim vs the world, twitted ann image regarding the character ANT-MAN. He has been working for many years now. He have been showing a lot of interest in the character now and Marvels making loads of profits now might take the character under consideration.
ANT-MAN in short : He’s a brilliant scientist and discovers some particles that allow him to change in size. He can change himself to a size of ant and by using “Pym particles” he can turn gigantic. For further know how on the character go on the official Marvel database.
The Thor sequel will include the return of Natalie Portman as the same Jane foster, the love of the thunder god. Marvel studios chief Kevin Feige also hinted that Loki will also return as a villain.
While Captain America sequel might include a new partner for Marvels-superhero, known by the name of the falcon. Director Joe Johnston (who confirmed that he will not be directing the sequel) that the modern day captain America might meet his comrade James “Bucky” from the first part, who eventually died. But like the comics Bucky would return as a deadly mercenary.
Now as far as stories are concerned, Iron Man 3 will take Tony stark back to the cave or in other words he will be relying on his intelligence to get out of a difficult dilemma rather than saving America as described by Kevin feige (a film producer).
Thor will start from where Avengers left it, it will be more focused on the relationship of Thor with his father Odin and his relationship with his girlfriend which was left out in the first part.
Then comes the Captain America, the sequel will be focused on the super soldier coping up with the modern era as the world changed a lot since World War 2.Feige said this will be the only sequel that will be kind of isolated from The Avengers, as Captain America will be relying on S.H.I.E.L.D to understand the modern world.
As far as the sequel of Avengers is concerned, it’s very much of a vague story , the date is not even confirmed yet, but director Joss Whedon said the sequel will be more of a painful and personal rather than being full on action theme as it won’t work the second time.
Marvel certainly has a lot to put on the screen and the future looks quite bright as far as the profits and character are concerned, they both are going to increase in the future. Fingers crossed and hoping that marvel will put on a good show.
