Pinterest has recently emerged as a very successful social networking site ranking at 48 on Alexa Rank and with around 12 million monthly visitors to the site. The concept of having to share your interesting things through pinning photos of them on the site being caught on positively with everyone, Pinterest has really made its mark real quickly. Now, there will be more surveys about Pinterest users, analysis of the site from its success to its users’ habits, as well as advertisement and its social media marketing strength as a tool.

But for now, Pinterest has generated a buzz by asking its users which country they think is the most beautiful in the world. Obviously, the answer is in no way reflective of what country is actually the most beautiful, nor there could ever be an answer to such a subjectively aesthetic theme. But Pinterest users have come up with their answers as to which country is most appealing to them and which they are willing to declare it as the most beautiful.

According to Mashable, crowdsource project was created by a travel site, called First Choice. The purpose on the site’s part to ask this question is to make Pinterest users interested in travelling around to the places they like the most. Users can vote either through Twitter or their very own beloved Pinterest account and also share the reasons as to why they have made a particular choice about a country. To generate a fervent interest from Pinterest users, First Choice has kept a prize of a DSLR camera, which would be won by the participants.
