Facebook has Helped in Solving Cybercrimes, Pakistan Should work for Law Enforcement in Cyberspace too

Just as the new technologies emerge, newer ways of dealing with their impacts also come out just as they get mixed in a society. In the wrong hands, however, these technologies could prove fatal. There have been many cybercrimes which have taken place in different parts of the world since the internet first emerged. These crybercriminals have also been caught by the police through the help of the internet itself.

The information has become sensitive since most people post online many things which sometimes should not be written. Using these very information and other gathered data, police have also strengthened their intelligence. Of late, since Facebook has become such a huge social networking tool for people, cybercrimes have also reportedly increased on the website.

Capturing cybercriminals

In Pakistan, internet users have not taken a lot to social networking. Those who have know the power of social media and its far-reaching connectivity. There are all kinds of crimes in this country. Even that of intelligence and having nature of information. Such is there seriousness that big intelligence agencies are involved and the government factors could also be felt.

But as of yet, Pakistanis have been secured in the rising crimes of the cyberspace. The law enforcement agencies however should also include internet in their domain of jurisprudence, so that those who deceive others over the internet, should be caught.
