- Customers can migrate to other packages through IVR . The first migration is free however subsequent migration will be charged Rs.10+T
- 19.5% FED and 10% Advance Income Tax apply on all charges.
- 2% operational fee and 5% service fee will be applicable on all recharges through Jazz load and Scratch Card
