I think your all officebelonged to NEACH KHANDAN FAMILY.Hence it is the main reason that in this islamic country of Pakistan,the public complaints are not being redressed on this reason. Now the news of this bad efficiency of PTCL Deptt will soon be appeared in all the leading Newspapers of Pakistan and the position of ptcl would be defamed but it is better to kindly take drastic action against concerned officers at fault by termination of their services in order to set right your ptcl department
